Vacuum Packaging Machines(Bags)

Vacuum bag machines extract air from plastic bags and heat-seal them, creating compact, oxygen-free packages. Types include desktop, floor-standing, double-chamber, vertical, external (non-chamber), and continuous (conveyor/tumbling) models—all optionally equipped with nitrogen-flush.
By removing oxygen, they inhibit spoilage and extend shelf life; ideal for compressible items, they also reduce package volume for space-efficient storage and transport.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging Machines (Trays/Cups)

MAP machines replace air in rigid trays/cups with a tailored gas mix (N₂, CO₂, O₂), then seal—slowing oxidation and microbial growth while preserving freshness, color, and texture.
Available in manual (tabletop), semi-auto (floor-standing), and fully auto (conveyor) versions; classified as “G” (gas-flush) or “V” (vacuum-displacement).
Non-compressive packaging maintains product shape and enhances visual appeal—ideal for fresh meat, seafood, produce, and ready meals in retail.

Vacuum Skin Packaging Machines (Trays/Boards)

VSP machines place products on trays or boards, cover with film, and vacuum-draw the film tightly over them—like a “second skin.”
Offers crystal-clear, wrinkle-free display with strong barrier protection (O₂, moisture, dust, impact). Automation options: manual, semi-auto, or fully auto. Ideal for premium retail presentation.

Manual Tray Sealers (Trays/Cups/Sandwich Boxes)

Tabletop-only, hand-press units with cross-cut (odd models) or ring-cut (even models) options—standard, labor-saving, or economy versions.
Used for small-batch sealing in light-industrial settings. Provides dust/mechanical protection but no atmosphere control or shelf-life extension. Primary purpose: secure containment and tamper evidence.
