Are you the original manufacturer?

Yes, we are the original manufacturer. Established in 1995, we operate two production plants and also offer OEM and customization services to meet specific customer needs.

How can I choose the right machine if I don’t have technical expertise?

No problem! Please provide us with information such as your product type, vacuum bag size, required daily capacity, and level of automation. Our sales team will recommend the best-suited model.

What if none of your existing models match my product or packaging requirements?

If our standard models do not fully meet your needs, please contact our sales team. We will review your product specifications together and evaluate customization possibilities.

What is your lead time?

After receiving your deposit, lead time for standard machines is usually up to 20 days for small orders and up to 30 days for large orders. Custom parts or models may take longer. Please confirm our production schedule with your sales representative.

What is the warranty on your products?

We offer a one-year warranty. Spare parts for common wear components are included to ensure stable operation. If a part fails under normal use, we will provide free replacements. After the warranty, we offer lifetime technical support and can supply spare parts as needed.

How are your prices determined?

Prices may vary based on supply and market conditions. We will provide an updated quotation once we receive your detailed requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for a vacuum packaging machine is one unit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer. A 30% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 70% is due before shipment.

Do you have a CE Certificate?

Yes. We have CE certification and can provide related technical reports. Some models also carry MET and TUV certifications.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, including certificates of analysis or conformity, insurance documents, certificates of origin, and any other export documentation required.

How is the machine packaged for shipment?

Machines are packed in export-standard wooden crates. If you have special packaging requirements, please inform our sales team.

We have the right trays and films but do not have suitable packaging molds. Can you assist?

Yes. We can custom-make molds to match your trays and films for a perfect fit.

Does the machine price include the mold?

Yes. Each machine includes one set of custom molds. Additional molds can be purchased separately.

Do you provide trays and rolls of film?

Yes. We can help purchase trays and films and ship them with your machine. For large quantities, we can recommend reliable domestic manufacturers.

What is your lead time?

After receiving your deposit and trays, standard machines usually take up to 20 days for small orders and 30 days for large orders. Custom molds or machines may require more time. Confirm actual schedules with our sales team.

What food industries are these machines commonly used in?

They are widely used for fresh red meat, poultry, cheese and dairy products, baked goods, seafood, vegetables and ready-to-eat produce, fruits, and prepared or cooked foods.

What is the expected shelf life of products after packaging?

Shelf life varies by product type, packaging material, gas mixture, and storage conditions. Under proper cold-chain storage:

·MAP packaged products: around 7-10 days

·Beef (vacuum-skin): up to 40 days

·Pork (vacuum-skin): up to 30 days

·Fish (vacuum-packed): up to 15 days

What is the warranty on your products?

We provide a one-year warranty and include spare wear parts. If components fail during normal operation, we supply free replacements. Afterward, lifetime technical support is available.

Prices vary based on raw material costs and market factors. We will provide an updated quotation according to your requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For manual tray sealers, the MOQ is 6 units. For all other models, the MOQ is 1 unit.

We accept T/T bank transfer with a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
