DZ-780 QF Automatic Continuous Vacuum Packaging Machine

Our automatic continuous vacuum packaging machine is purpose-built for high-volume production lines, handling large-format products with ease. Constructed from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel and built on heavy-duty swivel castors for easy mobility, it supports industrial-scale packaging operations.

Featuring dual sealing bars, the machine enables efficient sealing of large items after automatic transfer from a waiting area on a conveyor belt into the vacuum chamber. A pneumatic cylinder mechanism raises and lowers the vacuum lid seamlessly, then the conveyor carries the sealed package onward — for example directly into a shrink tank or other downstream process.

With its inline conveyor integration, chamber automation and robust sealing design, this machine is ideal for meat processors, large food packaging lines, bulk product workflows and production plants seeking maximum throughput and reliable sealing performance in a fluid, continuous process.
